Please note the below before continuing
- Proof of purchase from rapha.cc, a Rapha Clubhouse or an approved Rapha retail partner is required
- The policy covers crash damage only. Accomodations beyond the policy are entirely at Rapha's discretion
- Some types of damage will exceed our ability to provide a lasting fix. Similarly, we are generally unable to repair any item that has enjoyed a long, well-worn life
- Although we may turn down repairs for certain types of damage (eg delamination, chamois damage, peeling logos) or if your product is deemed irreparable, we might offer a discretionary voucher instead
- Rapha might use alternative colours or parts for repair
- Should we receive a dirty item, Rapha reserves the right to return it unrepaired
- Customers are responsible for shipping goods to us, including the cost of shipping. Rapha will ensure goods are shipped back to the customer free of charge using our standard shipping service.
- Repairs generally take 4-6 weeks to be completed
