Men's Deep Winter Windblock Base Layer

The Deep Winter Windblock Base Layer is designed for your coldest rides, locking body heat in and repelling the cold. Made from two merino-rich fabrics of different weights, this base layer balances insulation and breathability. The heavier merino fabric is positioned on the leading edges of the collar and the arms while the chest panel is made of a windproof material for cold weather protection. The back panel is made of a lighter material to allow excess body heat to escape and prevent overheating during efforts. The sleeves have a two-piece construction to create a more comfortable shape when riding, and are also cut long and finished with thumb loops so they can be tucked securely into gloves. The high collar is designed to fit under a helmet and features a ‘frogman’ face which can be worn over the mouth or under the chin depending on conditions. The collar also features a reflective stripe at the neck to provide visibility in low-light conditions.
